What are your estimated shipping times?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited shipping arrives in about 2–3 business days.

How long are your processing times?

We strive to ship your package as quickly as possible, usually within a few days. However, during peak seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Do your devices come with a warranty?

We provide a one-year warranty on all our units, including both sconces and round lights. If your unit experiences any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we’re here to help. Please note: discontinued units are not covered under warranty. For more details, feel free to contact us via email.
